If you've not heard of or used the ICQ pager your missing out on something special. Essentially it is a kick-ass, World Wide Web instant pager, similar (But more popular and powerful) that AOL's instant pager for AOL members, and now for the public. A very simple and fast contact method of Contacting Ultra Cool. Essentially you just go to this page, and pop your message in, no E-mail program required.
